Baptist College of Health Sciences (Baptist College) is seeking applications for two positions: Associate Dean of Allied Health & Associate Dean of General Education and Health Studies.  Each position will report directly to the Dean and assists with the leadership of the division programs through effective planning and project management in order to maximize program outcomes and contributions to overall organizational performance. Associate Deans also establishes and monitors implementation of policies and procedures for assigned area as necessary for effective learning/teaching, curriculum development and student success.  The Division of Allied Health includes the areas of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Radiography, Nuclear Medical Technology, Respiratory Care, and Radiation Therapy. The Division of General Education and Health Studies includes the areas of Biomedical Sciences, General Education, Health Care Management, and Pre-Health Studies.

Successful candidates will have an earned doctorate in the professions or related discipline; have Four (4) years of teaching experience in a higher education setting; Four (4) years of progressive and significant educational leadership in educational program(s) or related area of practice;  Proficiency in applying advanced concepts, principles, and techniques of learning theories, educational practices and procedures; Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, promote, and evaluate academic/educational programs and staff.
