Upper Iowa University is seeking a full-time Instructional
Designer for the School of Business, located in Fayette, IA.
This position supports faculty, subject matter experts, and others
to create a high quality learning environment. The Instructional
Designer is responsible for working collaboratively with faculty,
subject matter experts and cross-departmental stakeholders in the
design, development and on-time delivery of high-quality online
courses. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with faculty
in the School of Business to design courses that meet the
specifications of the degree program, UIU’s curriculum framework,
and the learning needs of our students.
A Bachelor’s degree, previous experience with online course development, and three years of experience as an Instructional Designer required. Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field is preferred.
